Kit transforms your rear-motor short course truck into the slim-design carbon fiber SCX – 60CF. This is the latest update to X Factory’s revolutionary mid-motor designs. While others are catching up to our original molded chassis mid-motor short course, we are on to the latest carbon fiber truck.

KIT SUPPLIES:

K 026 contains everything needed to transform the SC10 into an SCX – 60CF right down to the bolts and washers. Includes mid-motor SCX – 60CF Carbon Fiber chassis; 4-gear Transmission case with the extra idler gear, shaft and bearings needed; the motor plate; Carbon Fiber rear shocktower; X Factory's own symmetric graphite rear control arms; Unique rear suspension mounting system with Lunsford Ti hinge pins; and the rest of the needed misc. parts. Of course a detailed instruction manual with complete directions to disassemble the SC10 and build the SCX – 60CF is included. Many of our customers say ours is the best instruction manual they've ever seen. At the end, you'll be ready to win with your complete Carbon Fiber Mid-Motor SCX – 60CF Truck.

Note: The K026 SCX – 60CF Conversion kit is configured for either saddle pack or shorty pack LiPo batteries. Cells and regular stick packs will not fit.

CUSTOMER SUPPLIES:

One Team Associated SC10 rolling chassis, any version. SC10 must have a complete front end and steering assembly, with all parts intact. The transmission internals and slipper assembly must be complete, as well as the rear driveshafts, hubs, and hub carriers. Also needed from the SC10 are: wheels, tires, and bearings; turnbuckles and ballstuds; shocks, springs and hardware; and other misc. hardware. Finally, you will re-use the SC10 body. Check the SCX – 60CF manual for further details.

If some of the needed AE parts are broken/missing from your SC10, contact your local hobby shop. If you need X Factory parts, our line is stocked in fine hobby stores around the world. And of course we sell them online in the parts section.

The customer should also supply all the electronics for the car, including the motor, batteries, ESC, radio receiver, and servo.

Note: If you have a molded chassis SCX - 60, this K 026 Kit is not for you. Owners of the original SCX - 60 will save money and time with the K 027 UpGrade Kit.
